This Rainier Chamber of Commerce hosted event focuses on qualified candidates (as approved by the Oregon Elections Board) who will appear on ballots being mailed on early October. It’s the Chamber’s goal to provide a focused event for the community to hear from balloted candidates on local issues, their approach, and what makes them the right person for the job.
Questions come from Chamber of Commerce and community submissions leading up to the event. Not all questions will be able to addressed due to time limitations so it’s encouraged to reach out to candidates directly for additional information about their views and approach.
