Rainier Oregon Historical Museum Grand Opening!

Don’t forget the grand opening of the new Rainier Oregon Historical Museum, is this Saturday, August 9, 2025. The new museum is located at 700 W. A St. Rainier, Oregon. We would like people to sign in and start seating at 1:00. Our short opening ceremony will start at 1:15 and end at 1:30. Attendees will be seated inside the garage area. Guest speakers are Kerry Tymchuk from the Oregon Historical Society and Oregon Representatives, Rob Nosse and Darcie Edwards. Rainier’s first fire truck and the Hallberg van will be on display outside. You will be able to tour the museum until 4:00 after the opening ceremony. The museum will be open every Saturday, except major holiday weekends, from noon until 4:00 PM after our grand opening on the 9th of August.
