NOTICE OF STREET VACATION

Notice is hereby given that on Monday, December 1, 2025, at 6 p.m. a Public Hearing will be held at Rainier City Hall, located at 106 W. B Street, before the Rainier City Council, to receive testimony regarding a petition for vacation of a 306-foot alley lying within Block 2 Vogel Tract between E Norwood Street and Fisher Street. The petition was filed by Vernon Vigoren.  If there are any objections or remonstrances, these may be filed in writing with the City of Rainier by November 28, 2025.  Oral testimony may also be provided during the hearing.
